Put a new twist on Christmas cooking this year with help from the Butcher Block.

The Maize-based business offers gifts that anyone can sink their teeth into.

“We’ve got prime rib for the holidays,” said Chris Collins. “We’ve got rib eyes, bacon-wrapped filets are the most popular.”

The Butcher Block, a family-owned business, said their company has been serving the best meat in Kansas for more than 20 years.

“My dad picks though all the meat, picks out the gristle, all the sinew,” Collins said. “He only puts the best out there.”

The company is making gift-giving easy this holiday season. Six different gift boxes will be available for sale. Filet mignon will also be discounted until Christmas.
