House Linked To BTK Murder Auctioned

The Park City home where one of BTK's victims lived was auctioned off today. The new owner bought it for $35,000.

Marine Hedge, was 53 years old when she was murdered by Dennis Rader in the home in 1985.

Charlie Otero, a member of the family that was BTK's first victims, showed up for the auction. He said being there was a chance for more closure.

"The BTK story has been my family's story since I was a child," Otero said. "The Hedge family story is part of my family story, so I'm here in support of the Hedge family and all the other victims and their families."
