WICHITA, Kan-- Call it a case of a person who didn't learn from her mistakes.

A woman was arrested twice Wednesday in Wichita for the same crimes that happened five hours apart.

The first incident happened at 2:10 p.m. at the QuikTrip at 3600 E. Pawnee. A 42-year-old woman stole two cans of beer from the store, then passed out. When an EMS crew went to help her she started fighting with them. The woman was arrested and booked into jail.

Five hours later the same woman went to the QuikTrip at 700 N. Broadway. She stole two cans of beer. When police tried to arrest her she kicked, bit and spit on the officers. The woman was arrested again and is facing five counts of battery to a law enforcement officer.
