Organizers are ending ArtAID, an annual gala to benefit people living with HIV and AIDS.

The Wichita Business Journal reports that according to Founders Tod and Linda Ernst, owners of Planet Hair, and Graham Ross, the event has grown too large, with pressure to make it bigger every year. It includes a live and silent art auction and a complicated runway show and performance that require a full year of planning.

The ArtAID founders say they'll continue supporting organizations that work with people with HIV and AIDS.
