A Wichita man has pleaded guilty to federal drug and firearms charges.
Chico C. Davis, 34, pleaded guilty to eight counts of unlawful possession of a firearm, one count of distributing crack cocaine and one count of distributing methamphetamine.
Davis said he sold firearms to undercover agents of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives. He also sold crack cocaine and methamphetamine to the agents. Officials said he was prohibited by federal law from possessing a firearm because he had three prior felony convictions. The crimes occurred in May and June 2011 in Wichita.
Sentencing is set for Aug. 20.
