UPDATE: Missing Wichita man found safe

WICHITA, Kan. -- UPDATE: The Silver Alert for a missing Wichita man who suffers from dementia was canceled after he was found safe Friday evening in northeast Wichita.

Dispatchers say Robert Wolff was found driving a black pickup at 53rd Street North and Hillside.

Further details were not immediately available.

Wichita police are searching for a missing man who suffers from dementia.

Robert "Bob" Allen Wolff, 81, was last seen visiting family around 5:45 p.m. Thursday from the 1100 block of North Rock Road.

Wolf is a white male, 5-feet, 7-inches tall, weighs about 180 pounds and has gray hair and green eyes. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a brown shirt and a denim jacket.

He was driving a black pickup truck with a company logo of Bob's Door Company.

Police are concerned because Wolf suffers from dementia and diabetes. Anyone with information is asked to call 911.
