NEWTON, Kan. -- A Wichita man is set to spend the next several years in prison for committing a sex crime at a long-term care facility.

The crime happened in March of 2012 at a long-term care facility in the town of Sedgwick where 64-year-old James Robert Tolliver worked as a certified nurse assistant.

He was arrested for aggravated sexual battery, and found guilty by a Harvey County jury in December.

On Monday, Tolliver was sentenced to 130 months in prison.
