Wichita Police looking into "walk by" shootings

WICHITA, Kan-- Wichita Police are looking into whether some "walk by" shootings are related on the city's northeast side.

The most recent happened Tuesday at 11:05 p.m. in the 1200 block of North Piatt. A man inside a home heard four to six gunshots outside.

Police found five bullet holes on the house and some in a nearby car. Neighbors described seeing a black man, 5'8" and skinny, running from the area. He was wearing a white t-shirt.

No one was injured in Tuesday's shooting.
