Wichita, Kan. -- A 10-year-old child who disappeared Monday afternoon near Harry and Market has been found safe.
Sedgwick County 911 dispatchers tell KAKE News at Sharaun Thurman was found safe Monday evening. He had been missing since about 1:30 p.m.
No other details have been released.
Sharaun Thurman was last seen around 1:30 p.m. Monday walking south bound on Market from Harry Street Elementary School located at 1605 S. Market. Thurman is 5 feet tall and weighs 100 pounds.
Sharaun was last seen wearing blue camouflage shorts, a black t-shirt, and black shoes with a neon stripe. Anyone who may have seen Thurman is asked to call 911 immediately.
