A man suffered potentially critical injuries after he was stabbed in South Wichita.
It happened shortly after 4 p.m. Sunday in the 2500 block of South Bennett near Pawnee and Meridian. Wichita Police say the man showed up at the door of a home asking for help after he was stabbed in the head.
The man was taken to Via Christi Hospital on St. Francis for treatment. The suspect fled the scene before police arrived, but police say it was someone the victim knows. The man was treated and released from the hospital.
