KAKE news sat down for a one on one interview with Chief Norman Williams Wednesday morning. He says investigators are going over YouTube video of the shooting that surfaced several days ago, frame by frame to see if they can find any evidence they haven't found already.
Williams is personally calling for other witnesses to come forward with information or video, and he telling the shooter to turn himself in.
"If you are bold enough to shoot seven different people, injure six and kill one, step up to the plate, turn yourself in, go to court, suffer the consequences of your actions," said Williams.
If you have information and you don't want to be identified, the chief says you can drop it off at any police substation anonymously or call Crimestoppers at 267-2111.
