A Wichita man arrested after a standoff earlier this year has been sentenced to federal prison.
Justin L. Wolke, 30, admitted that on January 9, he fled when officers tried to stop his car, as he was wanted for violating his parole. He ran into a residence in the 800 block of North Monroe in Hutchinson, and was arrested several hours later.
Officers found Wolke in possession of a rifle that had been stolen from a Wichita residence in October of last year.
In federal court, Wolke pleaded guilty to one count of unlawful possession of a stolen firearm and was sentenced to 10 years in a federal prison.
