Two men have been arrested in connection to a burglary inside a southwest Wichita home.
It happened in the 2800 block of S. Custer just before midnight Sunday.
Police said a mother and a daughter returned to the home to find two men stealing electronics. The suspects ran away, and the women called 911.
The victims told police they noticed a suspicious red car parked across the street. Authorities patrolled the area, and later noticed a woman get into the car and drive away.
Officers stopped the driver, and questioned why her car was in the neighborhood. The woman told police she was unaware that her car could be involved with an investigation.
The woman took police back to her home in the 2900 block of S. Richmond, where officers found two men and stolen property. Police recovered a camera among the stolen items, in which investigators said the suspects used to take a picture of themselves while burglarizing the home.
Both men were arrested and booked into the Sedgwick County Detention Center.
