The family of Jeremy Brown tells KAKE News that he has passed away.
27 year-old Brown was injured in the accident that happened on December 29 south of Cassoday. He was riding on the ATV with 28 year-old Jonathan Michal who was also severely injured.
Brown's sister tells KAKE News that he passed away at 8 o'clock Friday evening. Two funds have been established to help cover funeral and medical expenses.
