Three people were flown to a Wichita hospital following a rollover crash in northwest Kansas.

It happened around 9:45 p.m. Wednesday at the junction of K-23 and K-123 in Sheridan County, which is about 14 miles north of Hoxie.

The Kansas Highway Patrol says a Pontiac Firebird was northbound on K-23, failed to stop at a stop sign and entered the K-123 intersection. The car skidded into a ditch and rolled.

The vehicle’s three occupants were flown to Wesley Medical Center in Wichita.

The driver, Colten Wachendorfer, 17, of Selden, is listed in fair condition; Jessie Mann, 18, of Vian, Oklahoma, is in serious condition; and Jamie Labrado, 17, is in critical condition.

The accident remains under investigation.
