A teenaged gang member is in custody after police say he fired a shot during an argument Thursday night.
It happened around 10:15 last night in the 1000 block of South Seneca. According to Wichita Police, two men, ages 27 and 28 were arguing with the 17-year-old suspect. During the argument, the teen allegedly pulled out a gun and fired a shot toward the men, but didn't hit anything.
The men called police, and officers arrested the teen down the street a short time later. Police say the suspect is a known gang member.
