UPDATE: Missing Sumner County woman found safe

WELLINGTON, Kan. -- A rural Sumner Count woman missing since last month has been found safe.

Capt. Mike Yoder said Saturday that 32-year-old Trina Cook had been found and is "alive and well."

Sumner County sheriff's deputies are asking for the public's help locating a woman who hasn't been seen since last month.

Trina Cook, 32, of rural Sumner County was last seen on March 26. Captain Mike Yoder of the Sumner County Sheriff's Office said it is very unusual for her to go without contacting family for that length of time, and that family members are extremely worried.

Cook is 5-feet, 2-inches tall, weighs approximately 110 pounds and has blond hair and hazel eyes.

Anyone with information is asked to call 911 or the Sumner County Sheriff's Office at (620) 326-8941.
