Wichita police said a few roads remained closed after a tornado heavily damaged southeast Wichita.
Deputy Chief Terry Moses said Pawnee remains closed from Woodlawn to Rock Road.
Debris cleanup also continues on Rock Road. Northbound Rock Road remains closed from Oak Knoll Street to Harry Street, while both lanes of Pawnee Street are still closed from Woodlawn Street to Cherry Creek Drive.
Drivers are also encouraged to avoid Clifton from 47th St. S. to Idlewild. Residents living in the area can access the mobile home park from 55th St. S.
Moses said traffic for the most part is returning to normal. About 50 police officers blocked off roads in the area over the weekend to keep people out of damaged neighborhoods.
