Wichita police said a second patrol car sustained damage this week after taking a suspect into custody.

Police responded to a domestic violence call in the 800 block of S. Martinson around 1:45 a.m. Wednesday. Officers said a 33-year-old man had called 911 to report his girlfriend came home after drinking. The woman reportedly began to perform sexual acts on her boyfriend, and then bit him. The man told authorities he was injured.

Officers took the woman into custody. She then kicked out the back window of the patrol car.

The woman was booked for domestic battery and criminal damage to property.

The man’s injuries were not serious enough that he needed treatment.
