A Reno County man and woman have been arrested and charged with child sex crimes.
Authorities arrested Douglas Fiscus, of Hutchinson, on Friday. He has been charged with two counts of sexual exploitation of a child, two counts of electronic solicitation of a child and one county of indecent liberties with a child.
Wendy Brown, of Haven, who was also arrested Friday. She charged with two counts of sexual exploitation of a child and two counts of indecent liberties of a child.
Records show Brown remains in jail on a $100,000 bond. Officials say Fiscus was released from jail on bond.
The arrest warrants for Brown and Fiscus were issued after a joint investigation between the Haven Police Department and the Hutchinson Police Department based on allegations of sexual crimes being committed by the couple in both cities.
