WICHITA, Kan. -- A Salina man is set to spend 15 years in prison after being convicted of receiving and distributing child porn.

Justin S. Tatum, 32, of Salina had previously pleaded guilty to three counts of distributing child pornography in two separate investigations.

WARNING: Graphic information follows.

In his plea, he admitted sending images of child pornography to Jeffrey Wiederholt in exchange for other child porn.

According to the U.S. Attorney's office, Tatum sent a video of an adult male pulling a diaper off a girl no more than three years old to expose her genitals to the camera. He also sent a video of an adult male sexually abusing a girl no more than five years old.

The investigation began in 2011 when ICE agents acted on a lead related to Wiederholt and uncovered emails between the two. Weiderholt has since been convcited in Missouri and sentenced to 70 years in prison.

In the other case, Tatum admitted to using an encrypted peer-to-peer program to trade child porn with others he met on the internet. A Florida investigator linked the images back to Tatum in the summer of 2011, and Salina police officers later served a search warrant at his home.

Yesterday, Tatum was sentenced in U.S. District Court in Wichita to 180 months in prison.
