Some much needed rain made it to the Wichita area overnight.
At 6:00 a.m., Wichita's Mid-Continent Airport reported 3/10 of an inch of rain.
The rain is expected to move out of the area Thursday morning..
A freezing rain advisory for NW Kansas is no longer in effect.
Today's high temperatures will be in the low 50s.
