On Wednesday afternoon, 54-year-old Perry Isley appeared in the Pawnee County District Court on a charge of aggravated criminal sodomy.
The charge stems from an alleged incident involving another patient of the Sexual Predator Treatment Program at Larned State Hospital. The incident is said to have taken place on November 16, 2011 and was investigated by the Kansas Bureau of Investigation with the assistance of the state hospital staff.
Isley has prior convictions of aggravated escape from custody, criminal threat, and aggravated indecent liberties with a minor under the age of 14.
Judge Julie Cowell scheduled a preliminary hearing for April 17.
