WICHITA, Kan. — Pawn shop employees held two suspects at gunpoint after a break-in in south Wichita overnight.
Shortly before 1 a.m. Wednesday, police say two teens entered Daddy's Money, a pawn shop in the 4900 block of South Broadway, through an unlocked back door. The door triggered an alarm and employees were notified.
When they arrived, they found the suspects still inside the store. Employees held them at gunpoint until police arrived.
Officers arrested two 16-year-olds for aggravated burglary. No one was hurt.
