Police are searching for suspects accused of firing shots at a north Wichita home.

It happened in the 700 block of W. 23rd St. North around 10:15 p.m. Wednesday.

Authorities said witnesses called 911 to report hearing gunshots in the area. Two bullets struck a home where four people were inside.

A 24-year-old mother, and her three daughters, ages 5, 6 and 8, were not hurt. Police said they do not believe the mother and children were intended targets.

Officers found 10 shell casings in the street.

Police are looking for a red truck in connection to the crime. No other information has been released.
