Police: Man Attacked At South Wichita Bar

Wichita police are looking for two suspects accused of attacking a man early Sunday morning at a south Wichita bar.

It happened around 1:30 a.m. at the Bourbon Street Bar and Grill in the 3800 block of South Seneca.

Sgt. Scott Brunow said a bottle was broken over the 31-year-old victim's head, causing a "severe laceration." He was taken by private vehicle to Via Christi on St. Francis. His current condition is unknown.

One suspect is described as a black male in his 30s, standing 6-foot-2 and weighing 275 pounds. His hair was braided and he was wearing dark clothing, police said.

Details about the second suspect were not provided.
