A Wichita man has died in a motorcycle accident late Wednesday afternoon.

It happened around 5:15 p.m. on northbound I-135, near 29th Street North and the exit to eastbound K-96.

The Kansas Highway Patrol says traffic was already backed up due to another accident to the north, near 37th Street. A woman driving a Toyota passenger car had stopped, and 25-year-old Preston Trotter rear-ended the car with his motorcycle.
