The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation is trying to locate two men who possibly witnessed a homicide and could be traveling through Kansas.
On June 12th in Boise City, 77-year-old Charles Cecil Nieman was shot to death outside of the Loaf n' Jug convenience store by a hispanic man.
OSBI Forensic Artist Harvey Pratt has produced two sketches of people in the area who could provide useful information to this crime. The first individual (pictured left) is a Hispanic male, approximately 30 years old, 5’ 10” tall, weighing 165 pounds with black, medium-length hair combed back. He was traveling in a black, 1998-2003 Chevy or GMC extended-cab pickup truck with large tires and aluminum wheels. The other man (pictured right) is also Hispanic, approximately 30 years old, and stands between 5’ 6” and 5” 8” tall.
If you recognize either of the men, or have information about the case, you're asked to call the OSBI 1-800-522-8017.
