No arrests have been made in a deadly shooting that killed a Barber County man last week.

Tony Rosenbaum, 31, of Medicine Lodge, was found shot to death in a Hardtner home June 12. Authorities said they were investigating the death as a homicide.

A woman was also found suffering from a gunshot wound to the leg. Police said LaShawn Lea Whipple, 43, ran to a nearby home for help. She was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.

Investigators did not find Rosenbaum's body until 8 hours after the incident.

The Kansas Attorney General's office said the case remains under investigation. No arrests have been made.
