A Hoxie, Kansas teenager was killed in a one vehicle accident early this morning. The accident happened after 4:00 a.m. on old highway 40, one mile west of Grainfield.
The Kansas Highway Patrol said Nathan Barnhart, 19, lost control of the truck he was driving. The truck went into the ditch and overturned, coming to rest on its wheels.
Barnhart was ejected from the truck. He died from his injuries.
