WICHITA, Kan. -- Meritrust Credit Union's online banking, mobile banking and mobile apps are experiencing intermittent outages.
Customers began experiencing problems Wednesday. Meritrust officials say they are working to get the issue resolved and that no account information or personal data is at risk.
"The outage we're experiencing is due to a network communication issue, and the security of account/personal information is not at risk due to the outage," a Meritrust official said. "Protecting member information is always a priority for us, and we appreciate you asking the question."
In the meantime, customers can connect with their accounts via "Call-24" at 316-683-1423.
