A man in his forties is in critical condition after and incident at a bar near downtown Wichita.
It happened around 8 p.m. Saturday at a bar in the 500 block of E. Central. Reports to 911 dispatch indicate witnesses saw the man being beaten and kicked several times in the head.
He was transported to Via Christi Hospital on St. Francis in critical condition. KAKE News has a crew headed to the scene.
