No one was hurt late Thursday morning when a car accidentally drove into the front of a southeast Wichita liquor store.
It happened at 11:45 a.m. at Froggy's Liquor, located at Pawnee and Oliver when a car crashed through the front glass of the store.
The driver told KAKE News that he suffered severe leg injuries in a motorcycle accident several years ago, and because of that, he loses feeling in the lower parts of his leg. He said he lost feeling this morning, causing him to press the accelerator and hit the store.
The building is still structurally sound and remains open. A damage estimate is not yet available.
