Wichita movie fans are in disbelief after a gunman opened fire at the midnight premier of Dark Knight Rises in Colorado, killing 12 and wounding 50 others.
Bill Warren, owner of Warren Theaters, met with security officers Friday morning, just hours after the deadly shooting in Aurora Colorado. Warren says he's increased security at his theaters. He says it's not because there is a need for added security but rather because he wants moviegoers to feel safe.
Some Wichita fans attending a Friday showing of the film call the shooting tragic and unbelievable.
"It's hard to believe there is such evil in the world," said movie fan Rob Cheatham.
Others said they weren't worried about a copy cat shooting in Wichita and felt safe going to the film.
