WASHINGTON - The Consumer Product Safety Commission has announced a recall of Little Willy's hooded sweatshirts for children, which were sold online.
The sweatshirts have drawstrings through the hood and neck, which could be a strangulation risk for young children.
The government made safety rules about hoodies two years ago. These were sold between January and May 2012 for about 20 dollars.
