A Kansas organization that works to help companies do more business abroad has a new name and a new location.
The Kansas World Trade Center is now calling itself the Kansas Global Trade Services. The change was required after the group discontinued its membership earlier this year with the World Trade Association.
CEO Karyn Page says the new name better reflects the organization's mission.
Among the changes is the creation of a professional network tied to the Commerce Department's International Trade Administration to increase Kansas exports.
The group also moved its Wichita office to the Old Town Center.
