A Kansas man has been found guilty of murdering his wife and injuring his son in a house fire almost two years ago.
Today, a Bourbon County jury found 26-year-old Brett Bollinger of Fort Scott guilty of felony murder, aggravated arson and aggravated child endangerment. In October 2011, Bollinger set his Fort Scott house on fire, killing his wife Brenna and injuring his two-year-old son Bryson. Bryson was hospitalized for treatment of burns for about a month after the fire.
Bollinger is scheduled to be sentenced on November 22.
