WATCH: I-70 crash caught on camera

MANHATTAN, Kan. — A Manhattan man is hospitalized following an accident on I-70, that was caught on camera.

The crash happened just after 9 a.m. Tuesday eight miles east of Manhattan. The Kansas Highway Patrol said a Jeep Grand Cherokee left the highway and struck an unattended pickup and trailer on the shoulder.

The Jeep went airborne and overturned, coming to rest in a ditch. Jacob Meyer was driving behind the accident and caught it on video.

The Jeep's driver, 41-year-old Greg Harris, was taken to Mercy Regional Hospital for treatment. No one else was hurt.
