AUGUSTA, Kan One fan at a girls' softball game is drawing plenty of attention in Augusta.

Former Augusta public safety officer Jerry Ballinger pleaded guilty to one count of attempted aggravated indecent liberties with a child earlier this year. The Butler County Attorney's office said Ballinger recently completed his 59 days of house arrest and is now on probation.

Photos of Ballinger at a girls softball game have appeared on social media this week. Under the terms of his probation, Ballinger can't have unsupervised visits with children under the age of 16. He is allowed to be around children in a public setting or with other adults around.
