A Great Bend man is dead following a rollover accident in Kingman County Thursday afternoon.
It happened at 2 p.m on Kansas Highway 14 about 5 miles south of Kingman.
According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, the driver of a 2004 Chevrolet Classic was traveling southbound on K-14 when he lost control and went off the west side of the roadway. He then over-corrected back to the east, and rolled several times.
The driver, 32-year-old Brian G. Mott of Great Bend, was not wearing a seat belt and was ejected from the car. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The crash remains under investigation.
