Flooding closes roads in Elk County

Moline, Kan. -- Heavy rains have brought flooding to portions of Elk County.

The National Weather Service reports over 5 inches have fallen in the Moline area. Portions of Highway 160 were shut down due to water over the roadways.

Portions of the highway are covered by at least 3 feet of water. A flash flood warning was in effect until 10:30 p.m. for Elk County.
