A fire completely destroys a northeast Wichita home.
The fire broke out shortly after 11:30 Tuesday night in the 2600 block of North Spruce.
Initial reports suggested there may have been children trapped inside the home, but fire crews searched the home and found it empty.
The home is a complete loss. Investigators aren't sure at this point what caused the fire - but they're investigating a possible explosion.
