SALINE COUNTY, Kan. -- Three people, including a 1-year-old, were hurt in a rollover crash late last night in Saline County. Now the driver is facing several charges including DUI.

According to KSAL Radio in Salina, the Saline County Sheriff's Office received a call from a concerned citizen shortly before 9 p.m. Tuesday regarding an alleged drunk driver who had just left a Brookville home with his family.

Soon after, deputies found a pickup truck on its top in the 10000 block of West K-140 highway. Investigators believe the truck had been eastbound when it entered the ditch and rolled twice.

The man driving, his wife and their one-year-old daughter had all been in proper safety restraints and were treated for minor injuries.

Deputies then arrested 24-year-old Alexander Mills for DUI, Domestic Violence-Battery and Endangering a Child. Formal charges are pending.
