Dodge City Police are investigating the second attempted abduction of a teenage girl in two weeks.

The latest happened Saturday at 11:30 p.m. An 18-year-old woman was walking to a home in the 1700 block of Avenue F when she was approached by a Hispanic man in a white Suburban. The man asked the woman if she wanted a ride home. When she refused the man followed her several blocks to her home.

The vehicle and suspect description match an incident that happened on June 16. A 16-year-old told police a man tried to force her into his vehicle.

The suspect is described as in his early 20s, 5'8", 150 to 170 pounds. He has a muscular build with black hair, shaved on the sides and spiked on top. He has a very dark complexion.

The vehicle is an early 2000s model with tinted windows and shiny rims.
