Sedgwick County deputies arrested 35 people for driving under the influence in a recent campaign to crackdown on drunk driving.

The "You drink, you drive, you lose" campaign ran from Aug. 16 through Sept. 3.

Officials stopped 80 vehicles through the two-week extra enforcement. Deputies made 35 DUI arrests, issued 15 seat belt citations, and wrote 56 citations for other traffic violations.

The “You drink, you drive, you lose” campaign was supported by a grant from the Kansas Department of Transportation.
