Tuesday 3:42 a.m. 2600 E. Harry Man calls police and tells officers his wife is wielding a knife and a meat tenderizer. He felt threatened. Police said the woman was very intoxicated and she denied her husband's story.
Tuesday 9:37 a.m. 2000 S. Lulu. Woman said someone came onto the property and stole an exterior air conditioning unit. The property is unoccupied.
Tuesday 9::46 a.m. 1400 N. Emporia Someone vandalized the inside of a vacant property by kicking holes in all of the walls and breaking eight windows. The caller said this is the third time its happened.
Tuesday 1:10 p.m. 900 N. Faulkner 77-year-old woman reports receiving a call from someone claiming to be her grandson and needing help. The woman said after talking for awhile she realized it wasn't her grandson. When she asked who the caller was he hung up.
Tuesday 7:50 p.m. 2100 S. Washington A woman said an unkown man knocked on her door. He said he lived two houses away and was out of baby formula. The woman said she didn't have money. He then asked for a ride to the store. The woman said she wasn't comfortable with that and offered to buy the formula. When she came back from the store the man was not there. She learned from a neighbor that the house he said he lived in is vacant.
