79-year-old woman reports receiving a phone call from someone who convinced her that she had won a large amount of money and needed to send money in order to claim her prize. The woman sent money via Western Union before her son discovered the scam.

Man reports finding property inside his vehicle that did not belong to him.
Wednesday 10:55 p.m. Kansas Turnpike near Kellogg
A woman calls 911, saying an unknown white man is driving recklessly on the turnpike, slowing down and then speeding up to catch up with her and "stare her down." The woman said it continued for seven to ten miles. She said he would speed up and cut her off and he followed her to the exit. She stated she was able to lose him because she had a K-Tag and he didn't.

21-year-old woman reports a man came into a salon, where she was working along, to get a haircut. The woman said the man asked her if she had any tattoos. She said yes, and showed him where the tattoo was on her shoulder blade. The victim said while she had her back turned to the shampoo bowls the man pulled her shirt and bra strap down and started rubbing her skin on the tattoo for about the thirty seconds. The woman told officers she was afraid to many any moves because she couldn't see the man. The man went to the restroom, paid for his haircut and then left.
