Man reports his wife hitting him in the back of the head with a pan. She was arrested for domestic violence battery.

Victim reported a burglary to a vacant home he owned. The suspects forced their way in through a basement window. Gang graffiti was left on the walls.

83-year-old man reports someone cutting the lines and taking a brand new air conditioning unit from outside his rental property. The unit was installed last week.
Tuesday 11:52 a.m. 1200 N. Wabash
Man said two men were taking mail from his mailbox on the front porch. He told officers the suspects come to visit the older people in apartments in this area.

21-year-old man reports his ex-roommate shoved him and poked him with a tree branch. The man was taken to Wesley Medical Center where he was treated and released.
Tuesday 1:40 p.m. 400 E. 2nd N.
48-year-old man said someone struck him in the head with a guitar, causing a 5 to 6 inch laceration. He went to Via Christi St. Francis for staples.

Man reports finding several small dried puddles of blood on his porch. The blood was swabbed and photographed.
Wednesday 1:45 a.m. 2500 S. Ellis
21-year-old man reports someone entered his house while he was in jail and took property. He had no idea how they got in and the only evidence was a pair of sunglasses that were left behind.
