The Balitmore Ravens held on to win against the San Francisco 49er's and their late push, 34 to 31.
The Ravens dominated the first half, but following a power outage at the Superdome early in the third quarter, San Francisco seemed to rally, bringing the score within five points before a final drive by the 49er's was stopped by the Raven's defense.
A safety brought the score to 34-31 with just seconds left to play and the Ravens held on to win Super Bowl XLVII.
There is still no official word as to why the stadium lost power. It took about half an hour for it to be fully restored.
