Wichita, Kan. -- The Sedgwick County Sheriff's Office says Chisolm Creek Park in Northeast Wichita has reopened to the public.

It was closed earlier this week as investigators combed the area looking for clues in the shooting that killed a Valley Center woman and critically injured her husband.

Eighteen-year-old Tony Bluml, the adopted son of Melissa and Roger Bluml was arrested, along with Andrew Ellington and Braden Smith. All three were graduates of Valley Center High School.

Tony Bluml's biological mother Kisha Schaberg was also arrested.
